this is quake 3 arena bat you can downloads mods weapons-mods maps.
Is that quake 3 area?
It's not working for me..:( I extracted the pk3 file to the baseq3 folder en started Quake 3, selected singleplayer, skirmish and then your map, but it's getting stuck at the loading screen for the map...:( But it looks awesome!!!
I think it does not work for you because this map a bit heavy(for me is working well) .. If is not the reason please write here the error ..
Maybe because this map is for Multiplayer??
Or, like nestel says, the map is 2 heavy 4 ur computer..
